Hon. Dapo Lam-Adesina Continues Partnership With Nut For Educational Development,Launches Teacher’s House In Constituency

The honourable member representing Ibadan North East\South East federal constituency in the House of Representatives Abuja, Hon. Adedapo Lam-Adesina has charged all public office holders, corporate organizations and individuals with Philanthropic gestures to partner with the Nigerian Union of Teachers (NUT) to salvage the falling standard of education in the country.
Hon. Adesina spoke in his capacity as the Special Guest of Honour at the foundation laying ceremony of the Ibadan South East LG branch office building for NUT. 
 
“At this stage, government at all levels need collaborators and developmental partners to change the tide positively.Regular refreshers course for teachers, recruitment of new teachers, conducive environment for learning/teaching, reviewing of the existing curriculum, prompt payment of teacher’s salary and 100% commitment from teachers as core professionals are the essentials for this redemption process,he said.
 
The chairman of NUT in Oyo State, Comrade Niyi Akano eulogized the son of the Late school administrator for his stance and principled opinion on education, he encouraged the Former Commissioner for Industry, Science and technology to replicate his outstanding performance as was witnessed when in Oyo state at the federal level. 
 
Similarly, Comrade Gboyega Aremu who is the Branch Chairman for Ibadan South East local wing described Hon. Adesina as a worthy ambassador of his people, appreciated the Honourable for partnering with the NUT in uplifting the standard of education. You gave out free WAEC GCE forms to our students and equally gave free educational materials to pupils in public primary schools and you have given us more assurances to do more, Aremu said.
 
Other state and local executives, invited guests spoke glowingly about the Omo Oloore prodigy. 
 
Hon. Dapo Lam-Adesina promised to contribute meaningfully towards the concrete realization of the project as he emphasized that all developmental projects within his constituency will always receive his immediate attention. 
 
Students from the school for the blind, Orita aperin also entertained the gathering with music and the young legislator moved by the inspiring rendition promised to assist the band with musical instruments.
